2020

  1. Awarded the Macquarie Group Scholarship (Amongst the select few candidates with over 35000 applicants from all over the world)
  2. Selected for Travel Grant worth $500 USD by IEEE EDTM Executive Committee to present research paper at the IEEE EDTM 2020 conference.
  3. Selected for Volunteer Travel Grant of $1000 USD by conference organizers to attend and present an oral talk at the SPIE Photonics Europe 2020.
  4. Awarded the Emerging Scientist Award by VDGOOD Professional Organization.

2019

  1. Only undergraduate student, amongst graduate students, selected to attend (funded) prestigious Lake Como Summer School: Total Scattering for Nanotechnology held in Como, Italy.
  2. Awarded the Engineering Students Project Grant 2018-19 by Department of Science and Technology, Government of Uttar Pradesh, India for Bachelor’s final year project.
  3. Awarded funding approx. INR 15000 by TEQIP-III, Govt. of India and World Bank project, to attend SPIE Photonics West 2019.
  4. Awarded conference registration fees grant worth $380 USD at SPIE Photonics West 2019

2018

  1. Selected to pursue a short-term research project at the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) – Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CEERI), Pilani.
  2. Awarded funding of INR 9700 by TEQIP-III, Govt. of India and World Bank project, to present research work at IWNEBD workshop.
  3. Ranked 1st all over India with a score of 98% in Semiconductor Optoelectronics and was awarded Gold Medal-Elite Certificate by IIT Madras and NPTEL.

2017

  1. Selected to pursue a winter research internship at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) BHU, Varanasi.

2015

  1. Won 1st position and prize money in ChemPerfecto (A 3-round technical and aptitude test), Avishkar 2k15 at NIT Allahabad
  2. Ranked in top 0.4% out of more than 1.29 million aspirants in JEE-Mains 2015.
  3. Ranked in top 4% out of 150,000 aspirants in IIT JEE-Advance 2015 (Joint Entrance Examination for admissions in IITs)

2014

  1. Offered INSPIRE fellowship by Department of Science and Technology (DST), India, for qualifying among top 1% students who appeared in Higher Secondary Examination 2014.
